Who will be cleaning my business?

A regularly assigned team of trained cleaning specialists will clean your business. Our employees are non-smokers and will not eat or drink while cleaning your business.

 

What cleaning products are used?

For commercial cleaning, Healthy Green Cleaning Systems uses only producs that are "Green Seal" certified and diluted to the concentration required for the specific task. We also prefer to use clean micro-fiber cloths for cleaning most surfaces.

 

Are we insured and bonded?

Healthy Green Cleaning Systems is insured and bonded. We srive to treat your work environment with the care and respect you would expect. However, should anything is damaged or broken during the cleaning service, Healthy Green Cleaning Systems will make every effort to repair or replace the item. We assume all responsibility for work-related injuries to our employees while on the job.

 

When will the cleaning service occur?

We clean most of our clients after normal business hours. Thus our business is most active between 6pm and 1am. Healthy Green Cleaning Systems will ONLY enter the premises of your business to clean on service days or with your express permission. You will be asked to provide a key and/or security code to allow Healthy Green Cleaning Systems access to the premises during off-hours.

 

What equipment will my business need to provide?

Healthy Green Cleaning Systems will provide all the necessary cleaning equipment, supplies and cleaning solutions. To avoid confussion we ask that you provide the paper and plastic supplies – toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, heavy duty garbage bags. We can provide these items at your request as an additional service billed separately.

 

How is my business billed for services?

Healthy Green Cleaning Systems will invoice you business for services on a monthly basis. If you require submission of the invoice by a certain day of the month, please let Healthy Green Cleaning Systems know. Invoices are expected to be paid in full by the 20th of each month unless a separate arrangement is made between us.
