We follow the following guidelines:
1. The entire cleaning process is performed according to the cleaning specifications enclosed within the contract.
2. Our highly trained janitorial staff is required to follow the established cleaning schedule and not short you.
3. Quality Inspections are performed on quarterly basis. These inspections are best performed during business hours (if possible) with someone from your company present.
4. We use only chemicals that have the "Green Seal" and are proven to be both safe for the environment and effective at cleaning.
5. Cleaning managers are available 24/7 by phone or email. There is always a way to communicate with someone and have your concern heard and addressed.
6. A small cleaning journal is provided for our cleaning crew to both record daily cleaning tasks, but also communicate with you the client. Communication is very important to us.
