Questions You Should Ask When Considering Your Current Cleaning Crew or Hiring a New One

Through our own market research and territory analysis we have developed a few key questions you should consider when deciding upon your janitorial service provider:

 

  • Does the company have sufficient insurance and bond coverage to protect against loss or damages?

  • What extra costs does the company incur that eventually translate into higher cleaning costs for you? (Examples include: Franchise Fees, Royalty Fees, Territory rights)
